All services require a credit card on file to book an appointment.

A minimum of a 24-hour notice is required for a cancellation or change of appointment. No-shows or cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a charge of 75% of the booked appointment value.

Given our downtown location and often challenging parking situation, we strongly recommend planning ahead to ensure you arrive on time. We have a 20% late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. This fee will be added to your bill and is non-refundable. If you know you are going to be late please call us at (414)539-3211.

No returns on services. If the service does not meet your expectations, you are eligible for a consultation on a adjustment. I offer a one-week return policy on product.
